Kevora provides cybersecurity intelligence tools that help users monitor public vulnerability information, including CVEs, severity signals, enrichment data, product watchlists, dashboards, alerts, and related API features. The service is informational and operational in nature. It does not replace a professional security assessment, penetration test, incident response engagement, legal review, or vendor advisory review.
Use of Kevora must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. The service is intended for defensive security, monitoring owned or authorized systems, research, compliance, and IT operations. You may not use Kevora to attack, exploit, harass, phish, steal credentials, or bypass security controls.
Published prices are introductory and may change before production launch or as the service evolves. Kevora includes Stripe-based billing paths only when the deployment is configured with Stripe credentials and price IDs. If billing is not configured, checkout and subscription management are not available and the dashboard may show a configuration notice. These Terms do not activate billing by themselves.
Kevora is provided without an uptime commitment or SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Features, data sources, enrichment behavior, plans, and policies may change over time. Pulsebotics may modify or discontinue parts of the service, especially during pre-production and early-stage development.
Pulsebotics may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, security controls, plan limits, legal requirements, or poses risk to the service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
Kevora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Pulsebotics disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Pulsebotics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or security outcomes.
Governing law, venue, dispute-resolution process, and any required consumer or business-specific notices have not been finalized. They should be set during final legal review before production launch.
Pulsebotics may update these Terms as Kevora changes. Material updates should be reflected on this page before launch or before the related change is used in production.
